Quantum #66
Issue #66 of the weekly HPC newsletter by HMx Labs. Recaps from ISC25 & HPSFCon, your cloud release notes and HMx Labs updates delivered to your direct from Istanbul this week.

I will keep it rather brief this week as I am supposed to be on holiday and I’ve already had some hard stares (yes I’ve been watching Paddington with the kids too) from my family as I write this at the breakfast table in on a rooftop in Istanbul.

All your usual updates are below and if you didn’t twig yet, the thing about cooking and HPC is a veiled reference to some of what we hope to achieve with Supercomputing Strategy Group. I don’t think anyone has managed to unmask HPC Zorro… so here’s another clue. He’s come out of retirement so we snagged him.

Glenn Lockwood has put a considerable amount of work into his ISC25 recap and it is rather excellent. If you missed ISC25 then this is a great way to catch and and quite honestly even if you did manage to attend, you’ll probably learn something

And a recap of HPSFCon from HPC Wire

From HMx Labs
A little explanation on how we operate with partners and other vendors at HMx Labs

Wandering around Istanbul and making tenuous comparison between HPC and cooking.. hmm..
